REGISTRATION FEES 

  Services included in the registration fee for attendees

• Registration fees include 20% VAT.
• Official coffee breaks and lunches during the congress
• All social programs
• Participation in all scientific sessions and activities
• Access to scientific and commercial areas
• Congress documents; congress cloth bag, program and abstracts book, badge, participation certificate

Registration fees must be deposited into the congress account, and the forms and payment documents must be sent to the congress organization secretariat.

ACCOMMODATION

 Services included in the accommodation fee;

• 10% VAT and 2% tax are not included in the accommodation prices.
• Accommodation prices are for one night, including breakfast.
• You must send your accommodation request with the check-in and check-out dates and your preferred room type to ebko@4team.com.tr and make your payment by getting daily exchange rate information.

REFUND&CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

 * Cancellation requests must be notified in writing.
* All cancellations made by February 28, 2025 will be refunded in full.
* Cancellations made between March 3, 2025 and March 15, 2025 will be refunded with a 50% deduction.
* No refunds will be made as of March 10, 2025.
* Name changes can be made until April 7, 2025
* All refunds will be made at the end of the congress.
